lazy Saturday

Woke up late

I went running on the king mountain loop trail 45 minutes.

Ate a red kidney bean, arugula, Meyer lemon salad (yup I am in California)

Ate a ton of pistachios

Watched how to create a new wireless thermostat and rezone the heating (since I am interested in process control and all that) on "Ask This Old House"

What do I have to say?

If you are watching CSPAN/PBS on TV and Children of Men in the theater, you are OK

If you are watching The Holiday (and you are not a girl or have no girl SO) or The Night at the Museum in the Theater (and you have no kids), shoo! go away. I will bore you.
